Experience
I earned my undergraduate degree in biology and exercise science from Virginia Commonwealth University. I gained experience as a tutor while working with middle school students in Richmond City during my second year as an undergraduate. I also have teaching experience in the subject areas of comparative vertebrate anatomy and human anatomy while studying at Virginia Commonwealth University. In this role, I ran student study group sessions where I taught test prep using practice exams and outlines that I personally developed. Right now, I'm in graduate school and also work as a physical therapy technician. I love seeing the application of scientific concepts in real life. Specific examples of subjects I teach include biology, microbiology, anatomy, physiology, life sciences, immunology, medicine, and nutrition. Health and fitness topics are of great interest to me. I also love sports cars, dogs, cooking, checking out local restaurants, and watching fantasy and science fiction movies.
