University of Kansas - Bachelors, Speech Pathology/ Audiology Minor in History Graduated 2010 GPA 3.2 I also studied Spanish in Barcelona in 2010. In 2011, I went to Bikram Yoga Teacher training where I extensively studied anatomy and public speaking.

Experience

1 year of experience in the Speech-Language-Hearing lab at KU. Worked with all different ages of individuals with varying levels of developmental disorders. I studied Spanish for 6 years and studies abroad in Barcelona. I taught swim lessons for 6 years and I am still teaching yoga to children of all ages. I love teaching and watching others benefit from extra help and support.

Hobbies

I teach Bikram yoga and manage a studio in Richmond, VA. This is my job, but also my hobby. I love teaching yoga - this particular yoga style is a form of physical (as well as mental) therapy. On a daily basis, I get to watch people heal and feel better about themselves. When I'm not in the yoga room, I enjoy running and riding my bike. I also love to read. If you are looking for a good book, I am always willing to lend out recent reads and make suggestions :-) I consider myself a bit of a foodie. I cook whenever I have time, and when I don't have time, I go out to one of the many fabulous restaurants in RVA.
