I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Psychology and minor in Neuroscience from George Mason University in December 2014. I received the "Summa Cum Laude" honor, and my GPA was 3.98. I won an undergraduate research scholarship and I conducted my own research in human-robot interactions in the cognitive psychology lab. I have presented it in 2 conferences and I plan to publish my research paper soon. I also obtained an Associate of Science Degree in Psychology from Northern Virginia Community College in December, 2012, with the "Summa Cum Laude" honor and a GPA of 4.0.
Experience
During my college years, I have tutored college level Math, Calculus 1, Statistics, English and Biology. All the students that I helped in Math and Calculus 1 passed the course, and many of them received a final score of A or B. Having research experience, has equipped me with strong technical writing skills. I have also edited many college level essays. I have worked at Mathnasium of Arlington, where I have taught Math to children and students from the first to the 12th grade. I have a very strong Math background. I really enjoy being a tutor, because I like learning continuously and it makes me very happy to see other students gain knowledge and succeed. I have learned that having a solid foundation of knowledge opens many doors in one's career. I am very friendly and I implement many different ways of teaching the same topic, to assure that the students will understand it better. I adapt to every student's learning style, so that the students will remain interested and entertained.

Hobbies
My greatest hobby is learning foreign languages. I know 6 languages : Albanian, English, Italian, German, French, and Spanish, and I am fluent in the first 4 languages on the list. I love nature and outdoor activities, such as running, biking, hiking, swimming, horseback riding and walking. I also like reading, listening to music, arts and crafts, and cooking.
