I have experience working with elementary school kids to college students needing help in mathematics. The topics I cover include arithmetic, algebra, geometry, pre-calculus, trigonometry, and calculus and AP calculus AB. Also, I can cover non-Euclidean geometry. My passion for math and teaching builds every time I meet and work with a student. I love those moments when a concept clicks and I can almost see that light bulb. Self-confidence is something I like to see as well.I went to Virginia Commonwealth University where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. I'm now working on a master's degree at the university's School of Education. Living in Richmond, Virginia, I am available to help any student in the local area master tough subjects. I enjoy swimming, yoga, and writing poetry when I am not working or helping my students succeed.
