Experience
I served in Appalachia as an ordained minister for 15 years. Since resigning from the ministry in 1989, I have spent the rest of my professional career working in service related positions with non-profit organizaions. Currently I am still employed full time as the Director of Volunteer Services with an organization that assists low income homeowners with their housing repair needs. I have always been involved professionally in some form of service to others. I also value assisting others who want to further their growth and development through education. Hence, my intrest in wanting to tutor others who are motivated to obtain their GED.
