Experience
Having worked as an English teacher in a middle school, I want to make sure students fall in love with the English language. I do everything possible to make the subject matter fun and relatable to my students, which is exactly how I'll customize out tutoring sessions together. I love working with people and showing them how to express their voice through creative writing, and how they can express ideas in a simple yet meaningful way. I graduated from both the University of Richmond and Rutgers University. I hold a master's in English. Since this is my favorite subject to teach, most of my classes focus on the following: Reading, Writing, Essay Editing, Literature, College Essays, English, English Grammar and Syntax, HSPT Language Skills, HSPT Reading, HSPT Verbal, Test Prep, High School English, College English, and Comparative Literature. Outside of work I love to read, write and cook. I also travel to different areas and make the most of my time outside. When I want to relax and catch up, I love to spend time with friends and family.
